Enroll in “Gentle weaning,” a Transitions Into Parenting class that offers essential insights into the process of weaning and its impact on both mothers and babies.
Gentle weaning class details
Join us on December 8, 2025, at noon for an in-depth exploration of the weaning process from nursing and/or pumping. This class is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate this important transition with ease and compassion, for yourself and your baby.
During our session, we’ll discuss how your baby can transition to various feeding options, including frozen breast milk, formula, and cow’s milk. We’ll explore the benefits and considerations of each option as mom and baby take on the weaning process.
Additionally, we’ll look at different types of containers—such as bottles, cups, and the introduction of solid foods—and analyze how these choices can impact your baby’s liquid intake. You’ll gain valuable insights to facilitate these transitions for both you and your baby, creating a supportive environment.
Our aim is to demonstrate that weaning can be a gentle process when approached thoughtfully. You’ll leave with practical strategies to ensure this transition is as smooth as possible for both you and your little one.
