Many families find that regular infant massage quickly becomes a special part of their daily routine. Benefits may include:

  • Deepening attachment between baby and parent
  • Promoting better sleep and relaxation
  • Easing digestive discomfort, gas, or colic
  • Supporting healthy circulation and growth
  • Encouraging sensory and cognitive development
  • Strengthening your baby’s immune system
  • Enhancing communication through touch
  • Boosting caregiver confidence in responding to cues

How this class works

This interactive session is designed to give you practical, hands-on experience. Our instructor will guide you step by step as you practice techniques during class. Babies and partners are welcome, but if your little one isn’t available, a pillow or stuffed animal can be used for demonstration. Strokes can be adapted for different developmental stages, making this practice useful beyond infancy.
