Infant massage is a gentle, hands-on way to comfort your baby while strengthening your bond as a caregiver. In our October 2026 Infant massage part 2 – relief from gas & teething techniques class, you’ll learn targeted techniques to help soothe common infant discomforts such as colic, gas, and teething pain.

What you’ll learn

This session provides practical, easy-to-follow methods that you can start using right away:

  • Colic relief: Abdominal massage strokes to calm colic symptoms and support digestion.
  • Easing gas: Gentle tummy techniques to help release trapped gas and relieve tension.
  • Soothing teething: Facial and gum massage methods to relax sore muscles and provide comfort.

These techniques not only help your baby feel better but also give you tools to confidently manage challenging moments in early development.

What to expect in class

Massage is best learned through practice, so this interactive session will guide you step by step. Babies and partners are welcome to participate, but a pillow or stuffed animal works perfectly if your little one isn’t available. Each method can be adapted to your baby’s developmental stage and temperament, giving you versatile skills to use anytime your baby needs comfort.
