Wren brings a wealth of knowledge to the mat, combining her expertise as an Ayurveda Yoga specialist, Reiki Master, Sound Healing Facilitator, and experience in Yoga Nidra and Trauma-Informed Yoga.

What to Expect from the Prenatal Yoga series

1. Informative Session: Start with an optional informational session on prenatal yoga and postpartum pelvic floor care. Learn about the proven benefits, safety considerations, and the importance of consulting with your healthcare provider for clearance

2. Access to Recorded Prenatal Yoga Series: Immerse yourself in a comprehensive prenatal yoga series, carefully crafted by our Transitions Into Parenting team. Enjoy the flexibility of practicing at your leisure, guided by Wren’s expertise. The series covers pelvic floor and pregnant body awareness, trimester-specific yoga, and labor partner comfort techniques. Our team will email the full prenatal yoga series to view and practice at your leisure.
