Infant massage is a simple way to comfort your baby and build connection through touch. In our June 2027 Infant Massage Part 1 – Therapeutic Practice class, you’ll learn gentle techniques you can use at home as part of your everyday routine.
Benefits of Infant Massage
Infant massage can help you build connection through nurturing touch, encourage relaxation, and provide comfort when your baby is fussy. It also gives your baby positive experiences with touch and movement while helping you feel more confident reading and responding to their cues.
What to Expect in June 2027 Infant Massage Part 1
Our instructor will demonstrate each technique and guide you through hands-on practice. Cameras must be turned on so the instructor can see your participation and provide guidance during the return demonstration. Babies and partners are welcome, and if your baby isn’t available or has not been born yet, you can practice with a pillow or stuffed animal. This class will not be recorded to protect the privacy of everyone attending. The techniques can be adjusted as your baby grows, making infant massage an easy practice to continue at home.
