These simple techniques can give you another way to comfort your baby while helping you feel more confident during challenging moments.
What to Expect in June 2027 Infant Massage Part 2
This interactive class combines demonstration with hands-on practice. Our instructor will guide you through each technique and provide feedback as you practice. Cameras must be turned on so the instructor can see your participation and guide you during the return demonstration. Babies and partners are welcome. If your baby isn’t available or has not been born yet, you can practice with a pillow or stuffed animal. This class will not be recorded to protect the privacy of everyone attending.
The techniques can be adapted as your baby grows and can become part of your everyday comfort routine.
