Infant Massage Part 1 - Therapeutic Practice

Gentle touch can help you comfort your baby while creating special moments of connection. In our October 2027 Infant Massage Part 1 – Therapeutic Practice class, you’ll learn simple massage techniques you can use at home to help your baby relax and feel cared for.

Benefits of Infant Massage

Infant massage can encourage relaxation, provide comfort during fussy moments, and help you connect with your baby through touch. It also gives your baby positive experiences with touch and movement while helping you become more comfortable recognizing and responding to their cues.

What to Expect in October 2027 Infant Massage Part 1

Our instructor will demonstrate each technique and guide you as you practice. Cameras must be turned on so the instructor can see your participation and provide guidance during the return demonstration. Babies and partners are welcome, but you can use a pillow or stuffed animal if your baby isn’t available or has not been born yet. This class will not be recorded to protect the privacy of everyone attending. The techniques can be adapted as your baby grows, making them easy to continue at home.
