When your baby is uncomfortable, a little extra comfort can go a long way. In our October 2027 Infant Massage Part 2 – Relief From Gas & Teething Techniques class, you’ll learn gentle massage techniques to use during times of gas, fussiness, and teething.
Ways These Techniques Can Help
- For gassy moments: Practice gentle tummy massage you can use when your baby seems uncomfortable.
- For fussiness: Add calming massage to your routine when your baby needs extra soothing.
- For teething: Learn gentle facial and gum massage techniques that may help your baby feel more comfortable.
These simple techniques give you another way to connect with and comfort your baby when they need a little extra care.
What to Expect in October 2027 Infant Massage Part 2
This interactive class includes instructor demonstrations followed by hands-on practice. You’ll have the opportunity to try each technique with guidance from our instructor. Cameras must be turned on so the instructor can see your participation and provide guidance during the return demonstration. Babies and partners are welcome. If your baby isn’t available or has not been born yet, you can practice with a pillow or stuffed animal. This class will not be recorded to protect the privacy of everyone attending.
The techniques can be adapted as your baby grows, making them useful additions to your everyday comfort routine.
