Infant massage is more than a calming routine—it’s a powerful way to ease your baby’s discomfort while deepening your bond as a caregiver. Building on the foundation of Part 1, our June 2026 Infant massage part 2 – relief from gas & teething techniques class focuses on simple, targeted methods that bring comfort during some of the most common challenges in early development.
What you’ll learn
This session introduces safe, effective massage techniques that can be used whenever your baby needs relief:
- Colic relief: Gentle abdominal strokes to soothe colic, support digestion, and reduce crying.
- Gas discomfort: Tummy massage sequences to help release trapped gas and ease tension.
- Teething pain: Soothing facial and gum massage to relax muscles, calm sore gums, and promote comfort.
These practical skills not only ease your baby’s discomfort but also give you confidence in knowing how to support your little one during tough moments.
What to expect in June 2026 Infant massage part 2
Massage is best learned through practice, which makes this class interactive and hands-on. Babies and partners are welcome to join, but if your baby isn’t available, a pillow or stuffed animal works just as well for practicing the techniques. Step-by-step demonstrations will guide you through each method so you can feel comfortable incorporating them into your daily routine.
